How do you respond to life when life throws unexpected challenges ?

Well maybe most of life is going through unexpected situations, I guess, don't you?

I usually respond with a facepalm. That rarely works to make the situation any better though. Eventuallyl, I end up adjusting to the situation, rolling with the punches and other cliches.

challenges are good - if they don't kill you, you'll come out stronger!

Yes we all come out stronger only if we respond in the right way.But most times can we respond in the right way ?

I turn the situation into something funny and then write about it.

I talk about it and seek advice from people I trust. It's easy for bad things to bring you down and make you feel hopeless, so what I do is talk it over with someone and look at options to tackle the problem.

Yes I definately roll with the punches. I think trying times builds character plus u make good memories...

I churn them into gigantic nightmares and then hand them over to my husband, claiming his normal issues (that don't include much drama) as my own. He hasn't noticed this pattern yet, so, shhhh! It's our little secret!
