How is my new Logo? Also looking for Banner Exchange

Hi there,
Recently I have updated my Weight Loss Blog logo. The previous ones did received a few bad reviews... So, how is this new one?

Also, for promoting my blog I am looking for Link and Banner exchange from fellow weightloss bloggers. Banner exchanges are always welcomed.
