   You need to fix the NAV buttons. All they say is Menu 1, 2, 3, and ,4 and they link to nowhere.

   It's tough to tell which short intro goes with which title in the "Recent Updates" box. Can you insert a line or some other break between to keep the related parts more obviously together?
   
   The only other suggestion I could think of is to increase the size of the preview text in the body. The pictures take up more vertical space than the text which leads to large, pointless white space where there could be more "hook" text. I'd try doubling the length set for that preview.

   Even thought I wouldn't have chosen it, it seems right for the type of blog this is. Good and functional. If I were doing it I'd have complicated things with arty swirls like my own blog.

   I don't like the two sidebars. I have never have liked them on the left as most people read from left to right.
