I wrote a short blurb today on the new study that connects vitamin C, and fat to cancer causing chemicals in your stomach. willtaft.com/health/vitamin-c-fat-cancer-risk-a-case-for-a-low-fat-diet/

It got me wondering how many people still take multiple vitamin supplements every day? I still take a multi-vitamin most mornings, but mainly get my nutrients from a healthy diet.

What about you?

Thanks. So I guess you vote good if you take them, bad or indifferent if you don't? Mainly they cost a pretty penny and sometimes, like in this study, are shown to have questionable benefits.

Supplements are a good deal for the vitamin manufacturers, not as good a deal for the rest of us as eating a low-fat diet.

    They might be dangerous.

What I've learned is to get your nutrients from food not pills.

I used to have a natropath that pushed lot of expensive supplements. I feel fine not taking any at all.
