I was born in the 80's and it's only lately that I started to like the music in that era. :-)

The 80s covered ages 8 to 18, for me. How could I not love the music?!

In 1980 I was six so by 1990 I hit 16. I love 80's music! But I have a thing for 50's, 60's, and 70's too. Not much in to today's music though.

I am perpetually stuck in the 80s. Music of the Noughties just don't do it for me and grunge makes me want to stick my head in an oven.

Part of my teenage years were in the 80s.. so yeah, the 80s rawk for me!

I love the 80's but there is still a lot worth listening. You mentioned a song from Holland made by a band named: Mo - Fred Astaire (just a summer love affaire) I just to play it often on the radio in the 80's. The 80's were a special time. There was room for new styles. But maybe its just because of our age. Nena is still hot in Germany and so are the 80's in Germany....hmmmm let me daydream a moment. Maybe I play The Mo tomorrow on the radio

I wasn't around back in the 80's, but I adore 80s music. I love stuff by Depeche Mode, Human League and Gary Numan, the whole electro scene was quite good, as was post punk. I also LOVE The Smiths and Joy Division, definitely the best things to come out of the decade in my opinion.

My high school years were 1983-87, which was a great time in pop and rock music! I practically lived at every concert arena within a hundred mile radius, LOL... hair bands, new wave, metal -- I loved all the interesting things on the music scene back then. Nena was cool, I had her singles in both English & German... and you don't even want to get me started on Def Leppard Good times

I grew up w/it & still like that old R&B (Earth Wind & Fire, Kool & the Gang.) I transferred much of my vinyl to CDs (particularly now that my turntable's finally died.)
