   I'm very aware of my breath so I brush my teeth once in the am, once after lunch and once before bed. If I got out at night I add another brush for good measure, so about 3-4 times a day.

   2x I use the best brush in the world and my teeth R white even though I never whitened them. I am happy with the results.

   When I get up, before bed, and after every meal. Five times a day for me. You people are all sickos.

   Plus I brush my teeth before leaving the house. Oh, and I floss after eating. Plus I use mouth rinser and pearly whites.
