   I want to say at minimal 2 hours a day. But that includes reading other blogs and learning about their authors. Then I watch a few Ted Talks and call it a day. It all goes under the blogging research and life material time.
   
   Yes it is an addiction.

   Whoa I'd don't think you should call blogging an addiction. It's like saying "reading and writing" is an addiction. I think information folks like blogs.
   
   I write to about 8 blogs, but mostly my own JoeDuck.com, and spend about .5 to 2 hours per day total on all the blog posts. I probably spend another 2-3 hours per day reading blogs, reading online news, and researching stuff online and .5 to an hour handling email.

   I spend anywhere from 2-4 hours a day total, between writing and maintaining my blog and checking out others, building links, etc.

   I've made a habit of posting at least 2 blogs a day on a busy day...average day about 6, I go 8 or more in a day if I have alot of tech to talk about

   I am new to blogging and am doing this in addition to writing a book. I find that it is difficult for me to blog every day--but I try to blog every couple of days. Recently, I have been on vacation and it has been harder!
