   I get about 300 referrals from Google search..about 70% are image searches...(PR 3)
   for www.fishios.blogspot.com
   
   the other blogs get very little cos they are PR 2 and below...

      What is funny, I have two blogs, one personal and the other more like a "business blog" for lack of a better description. Anyways, I have done nothing to promote my personal blog, which has a BC rank that varies between 45 and 50, my other, has 36-40 I have no idea why the variance.

    @barry : the same here ....... my seo blog which hardly gets 200 visitors per month has a higher BC rank than the other blog [ celebrity ] which gets over 10000 visitors per month .
    what i feel is that BC uses relative ranking ..... the blogs in celebrity category always have a higher visitor stat --- thats y , higher ranks are hard to get .

    May be because your blog is not well optimized? From Googlelady.com I receive approx. 50% of the traffic from Google (which is big enough).

    I get tons of traffic using my video sharing website www.w3clip.com from Google, I think internet video is one of the best advertising format till now, so I believe my website will be very successful in future, just like Youtube and Metacafe.

    Most of my traffic comes from Google searches. It's my bread and butter. I have a feeling the BC click throughs are also thanks to Google. One reason I know is because my BC widget doesn't show a visitor. I'm slowly getting clicks from other blogs I've made friends with (not usually BC people by the way...cough cough). Subscribers are starting to pick up too.

    According to google analytics,.. 70% of my blogs get the traffic from the organic search. And I think it's quite normal, if your blogs didn't get many visitor from search engine, maybe you should check your blogs SEO etc.
    
    And since your blogs running in celebrity info etc, where there's tons of that kind of blogs, and websites, you should really consider to write something up to date about the gossips. I do that in www.substancenewmedia.com and it works,..
