technically it is some 3 years old as I opened it in 2004!! But I forgot about it after making 1 or 2 posts and only rediscovered it lately -
In about two weeks it will officially be one year! Very exciting.-

Well my current blog has been up and running since December 2005, but this is in it's 3rd incarnation. I've been blogging for about 6 years. I started with a Blogger blog though. -
3 years in the doldrums though as I only made 2 posts in those 3 years!!
Except now... this month already on post 16 I think -
A month and 2 weeks. I am 44 days old. -
The blog itself will be 7 years old in October. I transferred it from LJ to my own domain; the Domain will be 6 years old in November. -
My domain will be about 5 or 6 years old now. My blog is about a month and a half, maybe two months old.

my blog www.nomilkpls.com is several months old, but I accidently deleted my wordpress account 3 times so I lost months and months of work. So I guess I'll go with my current blog status and say almost 30 days old. :-(-
sorry to hear that tasha, shit really happens, from the looks of it though, i believe you have gotten over the accidental deletion of your wordpress account, i just can't imagine it occurred three times, just keep going and hope everything is ok now^^

Have you learned to export your posts for safe keeping since then?
Just go to www.nomilkpls.com/wp-admin/export.php and you should be able to grab an xport that will let you restore it quickly if something happens. It's saved me through two MySQL crashes.

Why do people own more then one blog?

to increase their adsense revenue.

yeah, for one thing, the ads really matter, other people on the other hand,want to have a certain focus and avoid mixing up sorts of thoughts in one blog, my first blog is about my life and the other is about my REM sleep^^

lol i dont know if i could keep up with more than one blog. How does it work, do you paste the same blog on each blog or blog about different topics on the seperate blogs? *dizzy*
A very Frustrating thing! I mourned for a few minutes and then moved on.-
Nah... that's duplication! Each blog would have its own theme and area of interest!
But I find it hard to imagine how people can keep up with more then one blog! And some, as can see from this topic have held more then one for quite while!

My first blog post on www.petportraitartist.blogspot.com/ was on 1 November 2005 - but I stopped using that blog for quite a while and I transferred those posts to my main blog on my domain (for PR reasons) www.pencilportraits.com.au/blog which I have been much better at updating.
I have just started re-using blogger as an 'art image' blog as it still gets a fair few hits, but my domain blog has all the information.
I also have a photoblog www.michellewrighton.com which I set up earlier this year. -
www.worknplay.net is only 1 month old and hoping to keep it alive for years to come -

it's true, you need to have a lot of time to maintain several blogs, i myself has trouble maintaining my two little sites, focusing on one thing at a time is ok i think^^

most of my blogs are just 2 months old. PPP rejected e twice already for teh reason its not 90 days old its bad but i tried to have traffics. -

I used to hardcode all my blog entries at first, I didn't use a platform. Then I slowly moved onto GreyMatter, B2, Text Pattern and finally settled on WordPress. Also been on LiveJournal for an age and a day!

My main blog is a little over a year old. The problem is that I have several blogs and sometimes i actually forget about some of them! I love blogs! -
My blog will be 3 years old on 7 Sept. When I started it, I wondered if I'd find enough different angles on my topic, home exchange, to post regularly but that's never been a problem. I try to post about 3 times a week to leave time to do other important (but not so much fun) things.
Blogging is addictive and now I'm getting addicted to reading other blogs. It's amazing the amount of creativity and talent that's out there. -

My political blog started July 8th this year. And I started a second blog for all the non-political stuff on August 15th. So very new to the blogging world! -
My blog, Becoming Your StellarSelf (stellarself.typepad.com) will be one year old next month. I actually started it in a different incarnation back in 2004 on Blogger, but dropped it because I wasn't writing in it consistently. Since then, I've reasoned with the perfectionist in me and I'm enjoying posting to my blog whenever inspiration hits me (which is fairly often these days).
I started a new blog yesterday, Miss Fortune's Weekly Wisdom (missfortune.wordpress.com/), which is a work in progress. It contains my reflections on fortune cookie fortunes I've amassed over the years -
