Numbers interest me a lot and those of you who would like to have lots of people visiting your blog may be interested in monitoring the progress of your blog. There are hundreds of ways / websites to rank your blog. I have tried to include major ones. Ofcourse there are arguments for and against all of these ranks and plenty of people claiming they can help you cheat your way up quickly. I would suggest just one thing, check these ranks once a month or every two months. Otherwise you would be wasting your time which can be better utilized in preparing content for the blog which would drive traffic and help you better these scores....
