HOW TO DEVELOPE MY DESIGNS?????

A CERTAIN HELP NEEDED FROM ANY EXPERT THERE.....

I HAVA CREATED A BLOG BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE DESIGNS .PLEASE SUGGEST ME WITH BETTER DESIGN SOLUTION.... I AM A NEWBIE.

I suggest not writing in CAPITALS.

The first thing I'd say is you need some contrast in the design. It looks washed out. Add some color to the header and sidebar.
Also, go with a san serif type face for your header. Personally I'd go san serif throughout your blog. If you don't have photoshop, download Gimp and play around with your header graphic.
