   Timethief won't like this, but -- put your Google Adsense ads above the fold. The ad buyers pay a lot more for those ads, since they are guaranteed to be seen by potential customers. After I did this, my Google income more than doubled.
   
   Use PHP or JavaScript to limit ad displays to search engine visitors only, not your regular customers.
   
   Look for useful affiliate networks in your niche as well -- Amazon Associates is good.
