I write all my articles myself. But i know there will be a time where I'll have to introduce other bloggers/ writers to keep the posts going. I'm not entirely new to blogging so i know some methods (Friends or friends of friends online/offline). But what has worked for you so far?

I think using the BC Search facility to locate blogs in your niche of choice is a good tip. After you locate them you can visit them, assess the quality of the writing in the blog and also use various tools to ascertain PageRank, etc. www.blogcatalog.com/search

I have had guest bloggers on both of my blogs from time to time. I notice there are readers, who follow them from their own blogs to mine to read the guest posts thereby creating an increase in targeted traffic to my blog(s).

I'm wondering if the comment made in a thread I posted previously to the forum will be helpful to you. Here's the link to the thread.

Well isn't THIS a coincidence? Just a few hours ago I was looking for guest bloggers. How's about we do a swap? I'll write for yours while you write for mine?

Actually, having just taken a gander at your blog, I don't think that would work. I'm totally un-sporty...oh well.

Ahhh. Never mind. Perhaps you should read a few posts when you have time. That will help you to get fit and STAY FIT!! :-)

I think what TT says is right, you have to find a blog that fits your niche perfectly and where the blog owner is happy to write for you.

Some bloggers dont have the time to write for others while others enjoy doing this, its a matter of networking and making friends with mutual benefits
