1. Visit other blogs with the same topics as your blog.
2. Google search the topics.
3. Read more on the topic you write on your blog.

(1) Write about the things you know something about and are passionate about. Create a blog description that specifically states what your niche, brand and blogging goals for your blog are.
Example: Blog Description
onecoolsite is a growing collection of Tips and Tutorials on How to Become a Better Blogger, How to Build a Better Blog and where to find free Blogging Tools and Resources.
Blogging Goal:

I see, Zein--that's a little different from not having any ideas. Why don't you start by making a list of the ideas bouncing around your head? I'll bet if you start to write them down some will flow more easily than others and you'll have a better idea about which posts are ready to be written.

Dear zein, hope you got many help regarding the article making.Still it is a process,which needs all cares.Finding the best and current popular topics ain't so easy.Regular observation is a key point.Try to be an email subscriber of popular websites or blogs having many users and high reputation.From their updates,find out the key factors they offer in every posts.[its just a trick,not a way].Make relations with fellow bloggers thru comments and forums or following.Ask them for tips.From your effort ,you need to present haunting and melodious posts,that attract viewer's attention. You have to be very much honest and hardworking, to get noticed with a new blog.you can make it technically perfect ,by adding proper keywords.Read ebooks,magazines,current affairs and similar types of things.Be hopeful and positive on your blog's future.Let your readers know you, from your words.

Go to Google's Keyword tool and put in the topic of your blog. This will give you other words related to your topic, how competitive that word is and how much the potential cost per click will be.-

Seeing as your blog is focused on PC troubleshooting I would recommend starting at the beginning.
Explain some of the common problems that occur when someone first starts to use their computer, how and why they should back everything up, how to install and use FireFox (and why), etc.
Other ideas:
What to use for a firewall, and why. The same for anti-virus, spyware, and malware.
Inherent problems in different PC manufacturers (poor power supplies,cheap motherboards, etc.)
Problems with Microsoft... this alone will keep you busy for some time.-
