How to get more search traffic from search engine ?

This is my blog > www.asireport.blogspot.com
People came to my web by 80% referal site it's less than 5% from keyword search.
I don't know why my blog is so hard to search in google even though just my blog name "asi report".
The result of search to show up in google first page is submit site I have submited.
It can't attractive real reader not just pass way ot accidentally.

I have the the opposite case.
My blog, receives 70% from search engines and the rest fron referals. Did you try to use the Google Webmaster Tools, or Bing Webmaster Tools. May be it could help you, meta tags, site maps. I do It.

Yes I did I make site map with it already. How to put meta tag in to blogspot ? is it possible ?

Yes it's possible.
Go to Design, HTML, and after the Head put all the metas (keyword, description, etc)

can you do it separately for each post or are you just suggesting one set of metas for the whole sites? if there is a way to do it for every post using the data things of blogger then let me know.

I'm not familiar with using BlogSpot so I can't help you with that. But I wanted to add to what reboltutorial said, people won't be searching for the term "asi report."
You need to figure out what words and phrases people search for to find sites like yours. There are many tools available online for keyword research, including the Google Keyword Tool. For example, just taking a quick look, it appears to me that more people search for "Asia investor" than for "Asian investor."
Once you know what keywords to use, you can then include them in your site content. Before you start, do some research so that you understand how to choose keywords (choosing the most searched for keyword might not always be the best choice because there might be too much competition for it). You also want to be sure to use "approved" SEO methods and not "spammy" methods that could end up getting you banned from the major search engines.
(And by the way... From what I understand - I'm not an expert - it's good to have your main keyword in your title and description, but meta tag keywords aren't nearly as important as keywords in your content.) -
As far as I knew and and according to what my experience taught me, SEO comes also after the content. There are lots of quotes saying Content is the King!
And its true after all
And as an additional tip, put the keywords in title and not too much in the post. -
For example when I try to search " Asian investor " in found submit webdirectory and blog catalog in one in the top search resault I don't understand why it is not found my blog in the first . You know my blog is should be an original content why google show that web directory ???
In my aticles I also put keywords on it but I can't search keyword in my original post.
PS. I'm already use google webmaster tool to submit sitemap and use keyword generator . -

Keywords is just one aspect of SEO. I suggest you research and make a plan for how to optimize your site rather than just randomly trying things. Google offers a starter guide and there are many other good resources online that a search should reveal.
Backlinks are important and other factors to improve include your site's navigation, URL structure, use of heading tags, anchor text, and others. -
