   You are adding /demo/church/index.php?s= to all the searches
   
   's' simply refers to the search string, the code is pristine - however, that page doesn't exist in your domain. It seems like you are using some out of the box solution, but forgot to add the start page.
   
   If the php scripts for handling the GET response for the 's' variable are in your index page then just drop the demo/church what is that anyway??
   
   I have a feeling you are cutting and pasting code without knowing much about whats going on. Back up all your work, please.
