   ive always thought good keywords and a good linking strategy always works.. with good quality incoming links as well.. esp from social networking and bookmarking sites like stumbleupon.. myspace.. squidoo.. here.. mybloglog.. technorati.. twitter. digg.. etc.. google seems to loove wp blogs.. cheers

   getting a decent pagerank is very easy , lakshmi .but getting a PR is not at all important in getting organic traffic. i still dont understand if G uses the pr algorithm or not.
   because i have seen several blogs having a less PR than mine and yet having more traffic.Better seo and quality is what matters.
   so dont worry even if you dont get a PR .

   There is no single best way to get traffic. Any advice we give you is dependent upon what you have already done to get traffic. In blogging content is king, hence, it's the draw to your site.    Good content, consistent posting, being an active and helpful member of the blogsphere community, and the basic social media promotion will do it. But it does take time too. Just because people can raise their rank quickly in a short time doesn't mean they can sustain it long term. Anyone can do the flash and burn out routine.
