Hello all,
Is it possible to insert meta tags in every post in BLogger? I am new in SEO tools (Search Engine Optimization)I know that we can insert for example keyword meta tags in the Blogger template but only once in the Blogger template, but I want to have specific keywords and description tags specific and related to every post in order to optimize my content in search engines but for every new topic I write about.

It should be possible to put a meta tag element into the head of the html and use the labels you assign for the post as the keywords, but unless you have a specific reason for doing it I wouldn't bother really since it won't help much for SEO
As for a separate description per page, that I couldn't help you with. You might be seriously better moving to wordpress instead -
One of the advantages of wordpress.com is that the SEO plugin is installed by default which covers all of your SEO needs in one hit. The themes can be altered, you don't have to pay, you just need to upload new CSS once you're happy with the layout that they provide.
As for using Blogger, if you're using the new XML blogger, then every post can have labels attached (some think they are similar to categories, in fact I think they can be either category or tag depending on your needs). Changing the HTML to put the labels into the meta tag shouldn't be all that difficult but will only be there when you visit the actual post page. -
Blogger automatically inserts tags for you when you add the keywords function to your post.
However, if you mean overall metatags. I have added a metadescription and tags to my blog. This is not part of blogger. You have to do this separately and add it to the CSS directly. I don't remember the exact process, but it can be done.
Here it is:

This should add a little bit of traffic from blogger, yahoo, and major search engines. -
Here is a problem i want to get solved:
