How to set blog advertising rates?

Hi fellow bloggers!
I've got a couple of blogs and sometimes advertisers contact me and ask how much does it cost to place ads on my blog. My blogs are not too popular (Google PR 3) so I would like to set adequate prices. Any idea how should I do that? I read about CPM stuff but what if an advertiser asks me for fixed price per month?
