You can refer to my previous post .. www.blogcatalog.com/discuss/entry/ways-to-make-money-with-your-blogs
These are the few ways you can earn from your blog. -
Lots of ways to earn from a blog or website. It all depends on how hard you want to work at it, and how much money you want to spend.

I use adsense, but I promote affiliate products that fit my niche.

I tried payperpost but they only accept blogs that are older than 90 days. (boo hoo .. so I have to wait). I make money from affiliate programs and adsense. My day 1 earning with ad sense was $0.06 cents (I think someone clicked on an adlink) and today my earnings is $0.63 cents that's like 28 days later! Boo hoo... I need to build traffic!!!

May I suggest you use the huge white spot( under your title next to the search box and about the site section , almost in the middle of the header of your page) , to place your adsense ads, blend them with your blog's look and not only more people will see them but I think you'll get more clicks too... give it a try

I'd like to one day assemble my blog posts re dream site and girl talk site and make them into light reading (toilet) books. lots of pics and the type of thing you just dip in and out of. That'd be a nice way of making them pay.

But presently they make zippo.
I am paid though to write for other sites. -

It varies
Articles I was paid for wordage, between $2 - $4 per 100 words depending upon the subject matter and how much research was required. So this was not very lucrative. I am still a freshman in the freelance writing game! I tried charging someone $300 for a single autoresponder once and they were having none of it! lol
Blog posts (again it varies depending on subject)
Between $8 - $40 per 200-500 word post.
Average is $10 for 250 words.
The higher bracket would be for funny posts as that requires more skill I feel.
As I get better I can set a more realistic fee. -
We sell flowers anywhere in the world within 24 hours! That is our main source of revenue in the run up to getting 4 books published in one deal between now and 2010!

Has anyone else had any success with www.homepaidwork.com
using the information at the site I earn around 300 - 600 a month, but I know there is a way to make more money, but just not sure.
Anyone got any tips? -
My earnings are consistent: Zero dollars and no cents, every month. I came out of retirement to pursue a crusade. Nothing more. It's the "crusade" that's all important me. Accumulating money from it be hanged. With this in mind, and with no popups, no ads, no other form of income-generator, it's easier to concentrate on vending (hopefully) solid information and worthwhile content.
