We know that each human being has a different fingerprint from one another, is this a coincidence of Evolution or a divine purpose of Creation?

evolution. I've had too many biology & science classes to believe otherwise.

    Evolution.

The explanation is that the swirls and whorls are actually growth patterns that are determined by your DNA.

And I just don't believe in creationism.

A little explanation would be great. Thank you.

The Divine, or creator wants us to be identifiable by the authorities? too funny...

Aren't fingertips just a skin aberration - like "everyone has different facial wrinkles, no two are alike"

I like comedian George Wallace, "IF God had wanted us to use the metric system, he woulda given us ten fingers and toes" ..

(Yes, it's called sarcasm, cuz we DO have 10, used for the decimal system! this guy is very funny).

IF there's a "divine plan", it seems a little chaotic and anarchistic, doesn't it? Like a massive game with NO RULES. The victor gets the spoils, might rules, greed gets rewarded, etc..

"what a world!" - ya know, this planet could be Hell! we're baked by a big ball of fire all day, will die without water in a day or two!
think about it -- good model for hell, if it isn't..

Maybe we're a PENAL PLANET for the galaxy? then all this would make sense..

When you think about fingerprints, as small as the human thumb is, with every person having his or her own design different from everyone else’s, this phenomenon is mind boggling, Scientifically & Spiritually. From a spiritual standpoint, this phenomenon is beyond coincidental.

I agree, that we are specially and purposefully created. Evolution has no answers, but many theories. With God there is no theory, He just IS. I vote for Creator over evolution any day. It takes more faith to think we just happened than to believe we were created.

fallacious logic. god is the ultimate unproven theory. religion is an emotional response to mystery. science is thinking reality.

Does Evolution explain how every person having his or her own designed fingerprint different from everyone else’s?

Creation. because I understand that evolution means evolving, moving, changing, but fingerprint always follows the standard, bla bla bla just like that, the only different is the pattern.

Each living creature ( not only humans) also has a different DNA configuration. Evolution or divine purpuse?

I see you posted this - answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090319160531AA85l0h long ago, and the best answer chosen by voters had several links to explain it. That wasn't sufficient?
