as with any young company, finding great talent is the key. that being said, startups are often restricted in their ability to hire and cant use recruiting firms because they are simply just too expensive. there are lots of great tools available on the web today , but many of them are simply ineffective, and cause more headache with thousands of resumes being submitted. so, what are some of the best tools available????

    elance.com, craigslist.org

or check out some job boards and post job offers (depending on what you're looking for, you can check out jobs.problogger.net/ or bloggerjobs.biz/ and there are probably many others)

    or hire me!

I think nowadays it's best to keep an open mind and use what is out there to your greatest advantage. Social netowrking sites such as Limewire, Facebook, Twitter, and My Space are free and great networking tools. To keep from being swamped by resumes and profiles, you can be selective in who you would like to respond to.

There are so many competencies on the market, I didn't realize you could have difficulties to recruit

As for me, I had employees in the past, I will avoid to have any near future, I would rather work with freelancers.
