Show your linky dink and I'll show you a short review of what I think of your blog. I'm going to take a break from my own for the next three days due to brain cramp. Don't worry, I always kinda lean towards the positive when I review blogs. I'm such a hell of a nice guy (chuckle) I will most likely have something good to say. I'll even leave a comment on some intersting posts I see.
If ya want to return the favor by taking a peek or more at mine, I'd appreciate it. No pressure.

You've got a nice clean blog. I would personally prefer that the sidebar text and the main body text were different colors..
Love the "smoking ages" picture.. -

OMG! Taffy Apple Cheesecake Pie! Not only do you have the best recipes on your blog.... but great pictures that take you step by step in how to create all your dishes. Food is near and dear to my heart. Literally, my arteries are clogging up as we speak as I'm looking at this Cheesecake Pie on your first page.

My blog is dedicated at examining pop culture, politics, current events from a feminist perspective. It's irreverent and loaded with my unique brand of sarcasm. -

Enjoy!-
Your 2nd blog is all about thought-provoking poetry. Or so it seems to me. I enjoyed both your original works and those written by others. I especially loved "The Genius of The Crowd" by Charles Bukowski. I copied a few lines to show the truth found in this work.
"The Genius Of The Crowd"
there is enough treachery, hatred violence absurdity in the average
human being to supply any given army on any given day
and the best at murder are those who preach against it
and the best at hate are those who preach love
and the best at war finally are those who preach peace
those who preach god, need god
those who preach peace do not have peace
those who preach peace do not have love -
I've also loved "The Genius of the Crowd" when I visited thefly's blog. In case you still have some extra time here's mine:

BTW, I visited your blog and apart from the dark background which isn't too friendly to my old sored eyes, it has very cool content.

OK, come over here where I can get a good whack at ya! Seriously, though, your blog has gone to the dogs. Heh heh. I loved the blog about dogs. You can tell you really care about the well being of them and you provide great info concerning them. Especially like the video of the World's Ugliest Dog. Personally, I thought that dog had a face only a.... Nah... he was cute.

Read about your 'shocking' experience. Best wishes for an early recovery and all that.
Since you asked, here's a blog: apatheticlemming.blogspot.com/ And, thanks. -
I agree with what you said in your post about the AP violating their own rules. And that video with the spider/crab robot was funny. Poor puddy tat. I think that bot was giving him a nervous breakdown. I was hoping that cat would rip it apart, actually. Anyway, you have a real wealth of valuable information on your blog. It's one of those types of blogs that you could read for hours on end and it would remain interesting throughout.
By the way, thanks for the wishes for an early recovery. -

You have an interesting blog. Cycle casting has peaked my curiosity and will have to delve more into to it when I have more time. The "Sign Up To Tear It Down" post is a plea for human rights, especially those suffering in the Guantanamo prison. I urge everyone to click the petition link on Jan's blog and sign up yourself.

The first blog, Koty Bear's Excellent Adventures, is an amazing blog filled with beautiful photographs of mountains, waterfalls, animals and more. As I was reading the stories that complimented the photography, I felt like I was really there, throughout their journeys. Kinsey Barnard is a fine art photographer specializing in nature & wildlife.

Your blog, After Cancer, Now What-, offers a different sort of inspiration-toward cancer survivors. It shows and tells stories that it is very possible to live a full life, even after this disease. The blog links on the side gives the reader sources to turn to when wanting to know more about cancer and survival. Great Blog!

Style Snippets is the go-to blog for the latest clothing fashions. I'll admit, I'm lost when it comes to anything remotely "fashionable" but the writing you have on this site is easy to read and seems incredibly wise to me when it comes to the do's and dont's of women's fashion.
This is the 2nd food and recipe blog I've reviewed so far and I'm getting pretty hungry. Tastorama features delectable recipes for all manner of food. The steps are laid out in a way that's easy to comprehend. The pictures showcase the food in the best way possible.
Lastly, For Fun's Sake is a hodgepodge of movie reviews, show reviews, comics and anything else having to do with fun and entertainment. I liked it. It kept me interested and laughing for a good while. Left a comment about that "dancing rubberman". Damn, he did some wild moves.

I have been told to join some blog carnivals. What has been your experience so far?-
Just checked out your site. You have a lot of great tips for healthy eating. Which I don't do but I should. I'm diabetic. The main thing I like about your site is that it comes off as wanting to be genuinely helpful and not pushy. Advice goes down better when it's not forced, after all.
Did you mean to ask me what has been my experience with blog catalogs?

Get it while it lasts. It is going, going, gone soon ... working on a new site, which I hope will develop better traffic.

Man, Earthly Explorations is something else. I liked the scrolling banner of contestants that goes across the top. The cartoon characters, depicting real bloggers, are funny as hell. Earthlingorgeous shares her insights with wit, sarcasm and humor. The photos of her kittycat, who needs a mate badly, shows the poor feline with it's butt hiked up in the air, ready for action... but getting none. I laughed out loud while reading earthling's description of the cat's dilemma.
The 2nd blog, My Happiness Haven, is a site promoting a positive outlook on life. On the right side column there are countries and their ranking according to how happy the residents are. Denmark came in at 1st place. The U.S. came in 23rd. Somehow, that doesn't surprise me.

This blog is about cross-cultural issues, culture, psychology, inter-cultural management and communication, international business, team-working and human resource development and management (HRD and HRM). I copied the words of RanaSinha's Blog header so I could give a description that would do his site justice. I'll have to say, I stayed on Original Wavelength longer than I had intended. That's because there are subjects on this site we should all be concerned about. Such as world hunger. Important fact I gained from this site: An estimated 820 million of the 850 million people in the world today suffering from hunger, live in developing countries. Go read this blog!

Good lord, or alien or somethin', ddousharm! You're trying to make me go blind reading all these blogs.... heh heh.
Just kiddin'. I checked all of them out but the last one. The link you gave is kinda incomplete or something. Anyway, my favorite 2 of the three I could review are Growing Up In The Seventies and The Urban Gardener. Growing Up is a collection of personal stories of the author's life back then. Reading this blog is addictive. I liked it. The Urban Gardener gives you excellent tips and photos for those of you living in the city and wanting a garden. I now have ideas for my balcony.

Ha ha ha.... I'm still laughin about the Willie posts. Claire's blog, A Little Piece Of Me has some of the best, sometimes outlandish (in a good way), humorous observations I've seen in a long time. She even manages to throw in a little humor regarding her mom's ongoing operations and medical procedures. The thing about the pee bag is one of my faves. In short, love the blog.

The first link posted was for a site called Chess Addict. I used to play chess as a kid but never got good enough to excel at it.
This site explores the world of chess from every angle, detailing where all the championships are being held. Good writing makes this site worth visiting.
The 2nd blog, Health Zones, is an incredibly helpful site that offers sound advice to those who truly want to live healthier lives.

I love your first blog, Did You Know? You have a wealth of fascinating trivia on this site. I'm really into "fun facts".
I didn't really care much for the "earn while you sleep site". I thought the whole style was too pushy and the type or lettering used is too large.
The third blog, on grammar, was neat and the writing is very simple and inviting. It's a site that helps those with grammar problems. Like me.
Recipes For Diabetics is a site loaded with great recipes and tips for diabetics (I'm one). It would be easy for anyone to spend a lot of real quality time on this site. Not just those with diabetes. The recipes would appeal to anyone wanting to eat healthier and lost weight. I recommend this site to everyone!
