So how can I burn off these donut calories? I could burn off the 250 calories from this Old-Fashioned Glazed Chocolate Donut in a variety of ways:
Steel Mill Work - removing slag for 11 minutes
Music - playing guitar, standing for 39 minutes
Officiating - basketball for 17 minutes
What should I do? What should I do?

If I had to choose -- I would go with officiating basketball for 17 minutes. An interesting and active way to burn off those extra calories! : D

Not only did you eat the donut, but you also at the hole in the middle. The calories of the circle are cancelled out by the calories of the hole in the middle.

What did I do to burn off the donut? -
And being drawn by your tantalizing intro to your discussion. I popped in with much anticipation on what it could be about!
Everyone knows that "broken donut" calories don't count. So…must I go into detail on what needs to be done? -
You could invest in a heavy bag and hit that thing for 30 minutes for each donut you eat o_O
An elliptical machine can burn 150 calories every hour (I think, don't remember the exact number), so you can jump on that for TWO hours and burn off the donut plus more!
