I am putting up a new blog. I actually started blogging 3 months ago and I thought it's a good idea to have one more. 
Any feedback regarding the layout? What do I need to add?

You are off to a great start. Everything looks neat and organized as well as easy to read. Being as you have a 3 column template, your sidebar needs some info and looks a little bare, but that will come with time. Great job and good luck! -

Nice... I like it. I, too, have one more blog coming up. For a sneak peak, it'll be on seasonhop.sidebits.com. It's another food blog dedicated to myself, and for my passion of food. It is just something to fallback on in case I get tired on the other one, I can always revert back. Good Job Elaine!

Its clean neat and very inviting. I think the content area is too narrow. In my opinion its little early to put adsense on the site.
Generate some traffic, get some killer content and then adsense will make sense. Again thats me, that is what I am doing with my blog!
Again, test and make sure what works for you.
