In less than 2 months, we will be setting our clocks back. I find this utterly depressing. I am very active outdoors, and when the time goes back, it is starting to get dark outside as I'm leaving work-ugggh. I wish we could be on DST year round. I was so happy that Pres. Bush extended it last year.
Some people hate daylight savings time, which I cannot fathom. Why would you not want an extra hour of daylight???
How do you feel? Love it or hate it?

I love it. I remember being with my family a week or so after we had to set it back - we all admitted how the darkeness was depressing us. You would think with just an hour's difference it wouldn't affect you, but it does!

It was orginally conceived by the American Benjamin Franklin and was adopted by Europe to save on energy in industry. That's it, however it has been found since that the difference is minimal especially now in this non stop business world of ours.
It does come in useful in the summer as we other wise woudl sleep through much of the sun during the mornings. -
I love when we set our clocks back ... an hour of extra sleep. Yaaahh
Frankly though, I rarely care about it, as I usually have no problems shifting my "internal clock" any ways.
