I need a opinion about the new header on my blog please

I need a opinion about the new header on my blog.

Oh, Some of my blogs content is not safe for work because of mild artful nudity.

I actually think you could do much better with your header. Remember, a picture's worth a thousand words. Perhaps a picture or a taqline that will help to further explain--or even emphasize the purpose of your blog or who you are. Perhaps you should have a picture of a camera taking a picture--or something that sums up photography in some way.
I also don't like the fact that before you read anything, you are bombarded with the words, "If you find this blog useful, subscribe to the feed." IMHO, this should be on your sidebar. I think quality content should be the first thing a reader sees after looking under the header. I understand the reasons for wanting to promote the RSS feeds--but that's just too 'in your face' if you ask me (sorry if I am being too harsh--I honestly am just trying to be helpful).
Finally (sorry!) I think the 'express yourself' and particularly 'with photography' are a little hard to make out. Particularly when you are trying to (easily) draw in readers, I think your headings/titles/etc should all be extremely easy to read.
One thing I believe--if a blog is any amount of 'work' for readers, they will stay away!
Just my .02--and overall, I think you have some good quality stuff on your blog. This is just my humble opinion, really

I actually thought your header was a banner ad at first
It wasn't what I expected from an art or photography blog.
I like Melinda's idea of using something that represents photography. Perhaps a panoramic shot you've taken - or a series on smaller photos or something.
I also dislike the RSS feed as a top post. Just saying - get to the photos!
(By the way, I was seriously struck by the photos from your "Photographer of the Week)-
The blog does look better now you have moved the RSS feed to the side bar, you can now get to the great content even quicker!!!

Banner looks nice, but the rest of your blog looks too formal in comparison. I like the photos btw. -
Thank you for all your help guys! I will move the RSS feed to the side bar. I think I am going to design a more photography related banner that is more readable.
Anything I can do more to make my blog better?-
Whatever you do, just be sure it reflects you and your work and intention.

I like the style of the header, but I do think it should have an element of photography in it too.
Overall I really like the blog and looking forward to you adding the gallery element.-
I will link to my new gallery soon. I am working on a full site with Live Books, my old hosting service sucked. Live books is good, they just cost like $800. This new site will be 20 times better then the old one I had. Soon I will be posting videos from my shoots and I will be have a Wordpress.org blog integrated into my new site!
