I used to be SO good--and dedicated--at working out. I felt out of the groove though, and just haven't mentally been able to get back into it.

Any ideas or suggestions about getting re-motivated?

If you want a tip, I lost 40 pounds by becoming a vegan, without any workouts, in 3 months.

I would help but I have always thought exercise was highly over rated....and gyms the modern version of a torture chamber....me I find getting out into life and enjoying nature all I need

You have to start slow. Just 5 min a day. Once you start working out it becomes easier!

buy a pair of expensive pants one size smaller. Make it your goal to fit into them.

well the doctor is IN my dear!!! Good for you to try and start working out. I know when I lapse up on it it is super tough to get back in the routine. I have an article on exercise you can read...

You can read my tirade on the importance of pedometers and heart rate monitors. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions, I am always happy to help!

You might want to work on the procrastination first

    Then seek motivation

And now here I am at home now (after work), having a glass of wine and sitting in front of the computer. Guess I'm off to a bad start....

Death should be motivation enough...unless you're into death and all the fun stuff connected to it.
