I Need Your Opinion/Alligator Photos

Yesterday I was delighted to get some photos of an alligator & I'd like to print one of them to enter in an upcoming art show & contest. Which one should I use?

(Personally I'm leaning toward the 3rd one--the closeup of the eye/ear area, which has the most visual interest, I think.)

The thing about gator is that you really have to cook it right or it comes out tough & stringy. Evidently I don't know how to cook it right. :\
