In fact I had a PR3 with my original blogspot blog, then I switched to my own domain and went back to 0, which means no traffic from google. Offer a nofollow link at a monthly rate. More than likely, they won't respond, because that's not what they're after.

You'd most likely get less money but you'd stay on Google's good side.

They don't state any website where this offer comes from. I'm relatively new to blogging so I don't know about this kinds of offers. Is this just a spam, or should I give it a chance?
