I wish there is certification for ebooks

There are millions of e books today. Some are just rubbish and some has good quality for reading and digest. But some are copying it and selling it. If there is certification by some reputed groups,govt agency, or private organization. That will be a great thing. Then we know what we are buying and copyright is more protected.
Do you guys agree with me?

    There will always be good and bad ebooks. The problem is all the crap that goes around for so called 're-sell rights' when half the authors of these have never given permission to re-sell.

    Ive found at least 3 places before that were selling my own blogcatalog ebook.
