ICK! Adsense is definitely not targeting my ad posts, what to do?

I did a post about deceptive practices of water bottle companies and I look to my adsense on the left and guess what's on the ads... private water bottle companies. This is directly against the post I am writing about! What can I do to change it?

i once found Google Adsense ads offering to hook people up with beautiful Chinese women --- and these ads were on a feminist website. I told the owner, and she was able to block those particular advertisers. I'm not sure if she can be sure it won't happen again with other advertisers though.

Stoneman's right, block the advertisers. You will have to change your keywords also. Using less of the word bottled water, that is just asking for it .
