We are selling over half our animals and farm equipment and starting over. May be moving on top of it all. Would you sell everything, move, and and start over if you could?

No, I'm content with my life right now. But best of luck to you. I hope good things lie ahead.

    I Will.

One Fine Day, I Will Sell The Nails, Of Hands, Of My Head And Even Of The Soul, To Start All Over Again. And This Time, I Would Be No More Cautious.

I'M Ready. Come The Restless Wind, Come!...

Yes, actually we are planning to do that. But first, we have to find the perfect place to live in that's why we are travelling.

I don't feel a desire to do so as I love my life here in this village, but I have up and sold everything to come to another country (from England to America), and have moved several states. Each move offered new joys, adventures, opened new doors.

All the best with your move.

    Hi Amy,
Sorry to hear that news, we are in the same boat.
Maybe all BC bloggers in this situation should get together and start a commune? Cool eh?

Our house will have to be sold within a month or 2. And depending where we end up we may be selling most of our stuff.

With both us of us growing up in the military we find changes like this to be no problem.

Life takes some tricky turns and we just adapt to the road we find ourselves on.

Yes it can suck at times but we look at it as a "new adventure"

We wish you all the best Amy. What is the plan????

I did it. I sold everything except my some of my furniture and household goods and moved half way around the world.

That was 5.5 years ago. So far, no regrets.

No. In terms of where I live and what I do, I am very satisfied.

Hubby is starting training for a nesw job thru a new company. They told then the first night it could be the plant 1 hour away or one 8 hours away. The one 8 hours away pays more than double than the one hour away. But they both pay better than what he has now.He is keeping the pigs for now due to he has some promised and I told him he was calling all those people and he said he would wait.lol Either way we will probably be moving from our 1850's redone farm house and finding some where else.

I ♥ where I live. We relocated here over 30 years ago and there's no way I would agree to leave (coastal British Columbia, Canada).

Well I don't have anything. I've managed to widdle down my posessions to basically a few items of furniture and a closet of (fabulous) clothes. I don't have a car or a house. I start over pretty much every year or so, so I'd say I'm already there.

My vision is so poor that I can't determine what your new avatar is. Am I seeing a small animal of some kind?

I don't have much to sell, so I wouldn't get much. But within the next year or so I'm hoping to live elsewhere. Ie not Kansas.

I read this post a few minutes ago, put everything on Craigslist and should have it sold by morning. I'll let you know how it goes.
