It has to be a forester or country side ranger dude - that would be pretty awesome.
    1. LGramlich
I realized too late in life that that would've been the perfect job for me.
  2. thetravellerreturns
A footballer, if not a gardener.
  3. aningeniousname
I do I'm a gardener and when it's not raining it's the best job in the world, plus you get two months off every winter!
  4. scarletbreeze
i don't want to do some physically taxing work..gardening perhaps.
    1. aningeniousname
You obviously have no idea what gardening is.
    2. busylizzy
I'm getting to where there are things I can't do in the garden anymore and have to pay someone. Sad, but true...
    3. aningeniousname
      Music to my ears!
  5. sisterofmercy
I'd like to be a gardener or a post person.
    1. sisterofmercy
Actually I might as well work outside, it'd probably be warmer. I work in a florist and it's absolutely FREEZING. I wore three pairs of socks today and I still couldn't feel my feet. The shop can't be warm otherwise the flowers will die, so we have all the doors open in the winter, plus air conditioning.

"If I had to" - I prefer it!

Fixing things, building things, gardening, landscaping, stone sculpting (best done outside), Forrest guide (or ranger etc...), hunting, hiking guide, you name it, I'll probably like it.
  7. thetravellerreturns

    3. melindaville
@anin--not like Tommy! They need a pitcher, not a belly itcher!

Tommy's gonna blow it right past 'em.

Gardener - I'll do the planting, weeding, pruning, fighting buggies and varmints, etc. I even have my own Hav-A-Hart cage for relocating. But I don't mow on hot, sweaty days!

As a child, I took painting lessons in a lady's garage but at home my mom made me paint outside. I kept getting visitors stuck in my paint and I'd have to pick them out. Is this just something Monet put up with? Did he pick them our or leave them there?

I kinda work outside. I drive a bus all day so I am not in an office. I can roll down the window for fresh air, I see the daylight and I stop the bus and get outside for a while. I get out alot to help passengers on the bus. It's almost like the best of both worlds lol. Only time it's really rough is when the weather gets messy and we start bus sledding But that can be fun as long as there is no accident.
  24. jolasu
Construction/Landscape if we were actually making money, but since we're already in that industry and managing to prove you can work every day and actually go backwards.... it's not very rewarding.

Therefore, we want to be the proud owners of some sort of outside tropical cabana bar where people can be whoever they want to be with no repercussions from their "everyday world". Wanna throw on a bikini and sip an umbrella drink at this little "outdoor" endeavor?
  25. rmaxwell142
I wouldn't mind being a delivery driver if I didn't have to pay for my own gas or use my own car...
