So Susan Boyle now acknowledges that she has kissed. If you were the one who kissed her, would you jump at this unique shot at fame?

On the other hand, given how much shit she has taken for her appearance, would you be embarassed to admit you kissed her?

A gentleman never tells...if only because discretion is generally wise.

Agreed and the same goes for ladies too. Obviously, this "kisser" was no gentleman.

Setting that aside, I think/hope the media "honeymoon" with Susan is over.

      @timethief

I have a lot of time for Susan, partially because she makes us rethink the misconceptions we're carrying around with us:

What I meant was that now this "kisser" has come forward, I hope that the media will not be so desperate for copy that they will be digging about looking for scraps that they can sensationalize, and miss the preconception aspect (the real story) that you point to.

I would have to be a pathetic person to claim fame in this way.
Thankfully, I am not.. or so I think

If I were to have smooched Ms. Boyle, I'd certainly have called "foul" on her assertion that no one ever had, if for reasons of ego if nothing else. I suspect I'd say something like, "What am I, chopped liver?!" The idea that it might be someone who would be embarrassed about it because of her appearance makes me think she'd be embarrassed to have kissed a person so pathetic in the first place.

      Good point.

sure, as a matter of fact should she want a kiss I will gladly give her one

and not for the fame, but because kissing is good for the soul

Really? Well if your avatar at all resembles you, then I'm sure she would vomit when she saw you approaching and puckering up ...

Shall we, Claire? Shall we have some fun with halloweenman?

Hey, That Avatar is Brandon Lee. Now his ghost will haunt you.
    4. LazarusDrealamant
Somebody loves Susan Boyle a little too much...

      Love ♥ love ♥ love ♥
Love ♥ is all we need, yeah!

And you are just full of ♥ aren't you?

Not sure it's worth it, someone who thinks throwing around the word lesbian as an insult is cool, is decidedly not cool.
    7. LazarusDrealamant
Hmm. wasn't ment to be an insult, she said before she was a lesbian. I have nothing against them, but she's a bit impolite, wouldn't you agree?
    8. LazarusDrealamant
      And she insulted Brandon Lee

Hmm. wasn't ment to be an insult, she said before she was a lesbo. I have nothing against them, but she's a bit impolite, wouldn't you agree?

No, I would not agree. If she chose to state her gender orientation that's her business, but your homophobia is obvious in the way you phrased your sentences.

      Brandon Bruce Lee (February 1, 1965 – March 31, 1993)
      You will be missed...
    11. LazarusDrealamant

      *vomits a little*
    12. crpitt
Where did she say she was a lesbo? It all started by you saying you would vomit at the thought of kissing someone who doesn't know you and probably wouldn't want to kiss you.

Brandon Lee is cool, you are not Brandon Lee.
    13. LazarusDrealamant
She mentioned being a lesbian on an old post, if I'm not miskaten. No, I never claimed to be Brandon Lee, she simply said that Susan Boil would vomit at the sight of Brandon, which insulted me because he is my favorite actor.
    14. dbowles1017
I don't think she would be hanging out with a 15 year old anyways.
    15. crpitt
      @lazzy

      You are mistaken.

You don't think that particular image could possibly scare someone if they met you in a dark alley?

I am insulted by that the fact that you are insulted, which further insults my initial insult at you vomiting at susan.
    16. timethief
... she simply said that Susan Boil would vomit at the sight of Brandon,
which insulted me because he is my favorite actor.

Oh, suck it up, pullllease [she rolls her eyes]. I suppose you throw tantrums when someone insults your teddy bear too, eh?

I said: Really? Well if your avatar at all resembles you, then I'm sure she would vomit when she saw you approaching and puckering up ...

The avatar does not resemble you but you are choosing to feel insulted on behalf of a celeb, (transference) who doesn't know you and probably wouldn't be inclined to kiss you either.
    17. LazarusDrealamant
      Lazzy? Interesting name...
Yeah, I like scaring people in dark alleys. It's quite fun...

But you gotta admit, Susan is just as annoying as Britney Spears.

And at dbowles, she might hang out with a 15 year old... and I'm turning 16 in a few days, which only furthers my point
    18. LazarusDrealamant
      LEAVE MY TEDDY ALONE!

and I don't recall throwing a tantrum... but whatever suits you.

Taking offence over what is said about a dead actor is laughable. He's not worth diefying.

Now having said that, Susan Boyle is an absolutely lovely lady with quite the gift. I wouldn't hesitate giving her a nice old smootch smack on the lips.
    20. dbowles1017
Oh wow 16... 16... You can now legally drive. You got a lot to offer an older lady, I tells you what.
    21. LazarusDrealamant

      Protecting my teddy...

Anyway, Brandon Lee is my favorite actor and I stand by what I said..

And bowles, you need to know it was sarcasm...
    22. crpitt
Sarcasm! this is no place for that.
    23. LazarusDrealamant
I see you take blogcatalog and susan boyle very very seriously, crpitt.
  6. timethief
There is nothing more beautiful than sarcasm. That is definitely an overstatement but it should balance the moronic comment which says that sarcasm is the lowest form of humor. Now, whoever made that statement was desperately in need of a rectal broomstick extraction procedure. www.sarcasmsociety.com/
