If You Only Knew What You Know Now About a Renovation/Building/Repair Job

Hi everyone. My blog is called Green Talk, and basically it is based upon my own experiences of building a house using alot of green materials. My mission with this website is to help others turn green. I wrote a recent post about "If I only knew" about a renovation/repair/building project that I went through. I wanted to know if any of you had some advice to give to others who would be going through the renovation, repair, etc saga about a project you had completed. Something had you only knew this project would have turned out differently.
