      Safe inside a home, food and water always available, I can stay on the floor level, hide somewhere or jump way up high and out of the way, sleep whenever I want, I don't depend upon humans to be let out for bathroom visits, I am born potty trained, people love it when I purr, and I (as a human) love to take naps and lay in the sunshine.

   They only live on the Galapagos Island, I figured since its a protected site that I dont have to worry too much about humans. Also I would be able to forage and swim in the ocean, which provides an extra food source just in case the Galapagos Island is destroyed.
