The less society is grounded in a common philosophical good, the more law takes on a prime importance. I would be looking to chop laws down.

I make a law that would not allow churches to have tax-free status.

Not to worry -- nobody in the United States will ever be asked to make a law. Our laws emerge from a sometimes painfully long process of negotiation and compromise.

    good question
some might get mad at me for this oh well
    senior citizens banned from driving

      Why?

It would make better sense to test a person's ability to drive safely and ban the unsafe ones, regardless of age.
