What kind of support are you looking for? I'm asking because the last blogger who said these words to me wanted me to enter a click fraud group of make money bloggers, who were willing to ignore the Google Adsense policies and click on each other's ads.
- Here are 25 basic steps to take to increase traffic to your blog:
1. Structure a reader and search engine blog;
2. In blogging content is king so create unique, high quality content;

If you have a self hosted wordpress blog then there is a sitemap plugin that can auto-generate your sitemap whenever you update your site (and it auto-notifies Google for you);

I notice when people say SEO titles and descriptions, for people who are not familiar to the term, this may sound misleading, what this really means, at least the way I use it, is to have a title that describes accurately the content posted.
Ill give you one example that should help on this:
Lets say a artist releases a new track.
The artist name is "jonny boy", and the track is "go be happy".
One could post a title like this: New great song of fantastic artist availible
This title however, does not say the name of the artist, neither the track, it actually gives no information. So, if someone is searching the internets for the artist, mostlikely your blog will rank low on listings, and probably the person wont even click your link because it doesnt have the words beeing serached for.
Even if you have the artist name in your content, the person will probably see the title of the article before deciding to see the content.
So, it would be best to post like this:
Jonny Boy releases great new song Go Be Happy
In this case, the the information is there, and whoever is looking for it, will see exatly what info they will find in clicking your link.
This for me is a simple way of explaining how to SEO your titles and description.
The description, if you use wordpress, is a great way to give some extra information.
If you perform a google search, you will see a listing of titles and a short text under the title, thats the description you have entered in your description box in wordpress.
I just thought would be nice to add this bit of info.
This listing timethief posted is fantastic.
