you can make a small image as banner for your blog and publish here..
can get a free analytics too; which is more descriptive and has live reporting than the google analytics,
can get credits for visiting other blogs which inturn get converted as traffic to your blog,
can play games and earn traffic to your blog.. and many many more...

Apparently you are NOT aware of how to use StumbleUpon correctly and you are NOT aware of which activities will bring the ban hammer down on you.
StumbleUpon is NOT intended to be used to promote your own blog and if you repeatedly review and thumbs up posts in the same blog(s) (your own or your friends' blogs) then know that your activities are being tracked and you are risking being banned.
StumbleUpon is an Internet community that allows its users to discover and rate Web pages, photos, and videos belonging to others. It is a personalized recommendation engine which uses peer and social-networking principles.

There is no quick and easy way to get long-term traffic. www.blogexplosion.com is a ok site, but It ranks much lower then BC. You would be better off just writing good content and make sure you learn the basics of SEO.
