Increasing traffic to your blog the easy way

We've had many discussions about how to promote a blog and many of the options available aren't really efficient.

I've found a new site that does work. www.followsite.com/b.html

Since I started using Followsite, which has probably been about 3 weeks, I have had over 3400 hits from them.

Sign up was easy and the code can be put into a widget on Wordpress. I would think it could be easily added to other blogs as well.

The widget allows visitors to sign up for notifications of updates on your blog via feed, email or webslices.

I highly recommend taking the time to sign up with followsite.

I see posts all the time asking how to increase traffic to a blog. Well, this is a good way and it's free.

Okay, I just did it for my blog. I wish they had an html code that already has your blog's name in it. I tried it and after a visitor clicks a link, they have to then enter your blog name with their email and a password for the site. But, the fact that they have to go back to my blog to copy and paste my blog name ad then go back to the site and enter it seems a little inconvenient (my blog name is kinda complicated) Anyway, we'll see. I've heard good reviews about it, but I just don't see how it's much better than feedburner (to the reader). Hope it works and thanks for the link!

  Interesting. I don't have to enter my blog name with the email or nor do I have to have password.
  
  How did you add it to your blog? I used a widget.
  
  You're welcome. I don't know how it is better to the reader but I know I'm getting a lot of hits from it.

You need to create an account first. Click on sign in at the top right hand corner of the above page.

On the sign in page create New Users click here and create your account. It will ask you for the URL to follow.
