Where are you seeing 'No Index'? What steps do you follow to get there?

Then change the setting and remove the "NoIndex " selection and activate the feed.

Please allow me to be blunt. It's not customary to run across the street to McDonald's and ask the manager there questions about Starbucks, is it? Please use the feedburner help link and ask your questions about your feedburner service there. That way you are likely to receive the most authoritative answers to your questions most expeditiously. Posting to forums like this one doesn't always provide accurate answers, and doing so creates an unnecessary delay when it comes to getting answers.

Be sure your meta tags in your template are not set to block access to your site
When we wish to entirely prevent a page's contents from being listed in the Google web index even if other sites link to it, we use a noindex meta tag. As long as Googlebot fetches the page, it will see the noindex meta tag and prevent that page from showing up in the web index. www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=93710
