Flash back to July 17th, 2007 1,500 plus CPDRC inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, Philippines practicing their thriller routine:

Makes me think there must be a reason why they are in prison. As criminals, they aren't too smooth.

BTW, it's Filipino, not Philipino, although yes, the country is the Philippines.
