Integration

Twitter.com, MySpace, MySpace Music, forums, Last.fm . . . these are all services that show different sides to a blogger and can be integrated into a blog in a sidebar.
Recently I have found a plugin for my WordPress.org (NOTE THE dot ORG not dot COM) blog that enables RSS display from other sources (ie; MySpace music). This is an awesome way to integrate my music stuff into my online diary. Twitter is also in my sidebar and shows what I am doing at various times in the day. Last.fm tells the songs on your playlist.
What external content do you use, or would you use if you knew how, to express yourself on your blog? And why do so many people have multiple blogs when they all can be integrated as one? You can see the widget at work on my page as well as some other outside services woven into my blog:

I have most of those services but don't put them in my blog or use them for that matter, it's an over load for me as are all the gadgets all over the side bar. I don't really care what kind of music a writer listens to or how many tweets a political blog I read puts out in a day.
I have two blogs and have no desire to merge them into one.
