   Is Ben Roethlisberger guilty of sexual assault
   Lawsuit? Sexual assault is a criminal offense. I'm not into speculating about possible crimes based on thin air, and I'm not a crystal ball reader. Hopefully, others aren't into off the cuff judgment either. I'm wondering what it is that you want to discuss?

   I really can't can't see anything in the news report that's worthy of discussion. There is yet to be a trial. There is yet to be any evidence produced and examined, and there is yet to be any witnesses cross-examined. [SHRUG]

   That's right, boys -- only newblogmogul is guilty of anything, but butchering the language is punishable only by lack of respect. As far as the Steelers quarterback is concerned, he has not been charged with any crime. Anybody can accuse anybody of anything in a lawsuit, but mere allegations are not evidence of wrongdoing.

      I tend to think that if her suit had any merit, the authorities would have arrested and charged the man. Absent criminal charges pending against him, her suit would seem to be without grounds.
