Is it really worth to link from Blogcatalog since of nofollow ?

When I look at profile source code of my profile
www.blogcatalog.com/user/EntrepreneurNovice

I can see there is nofollow for www.entrepreneurnovice.com, so what's really worth from linking Blogcatalog to my site ?

    From a google page rank perspective the benefit is practically zero.

      So I didn't understand how PR would be improved with Blogcatalog.
