   I would suggest you to change the header.....it should be something very smooth......a picture created by photoshop would look much better....

   It looks organized enough. I agree with xtremer in that the header could use a little work. Also, the blue text is a little harsh on the eyes against the dark background. Just my 2 cents.

   That "Information for a Better World" graphic is eye-grabbing.
   
   I wouldn't have chosen that font/color combination, but that's personal taste.
   
   I'm using a laptop with 800 x 600 resolution, and limited color depth (the settings say one thing, I'm seeing something else, so I can't give numbers).
   
   suburb queen has a point about the blue text - even on mine, the headings jump out more than I'd prefer.
   
   The blue text is something I'd reconsider, in your place.
   
   The header graphic? If that's the effect you want, go for it!

   I thank you all very much, xtremer, surburbqueen and Norski.
   
   I am a total noob and i know absolutely nothing about webdesigning. I can manage some html codes and put some settings in place but CSS and PHOTOSHOP are way beyond my reach.
   
   I will be very happy if someone could receive my CSS file and make put some good color combinations in place. I will very grateful also if someone could design a header for me using photoshop. I think a transparent header of dimension 345px x 70px will do, but i will prefer a longer one if it could fit without distprting any part of the site.

   It's broke on FireFox....you have text running down the right side that overlaps the border of the theme. If it isn't broken, it doesn't look very good.
