Apparently you'll go to hell if you enjoy it, I'm willing to take that risk and do seem to be losing weight as well, and I haven't changed my diet that much

As for too much leading to and end to the fun.... Sounds like an old wise tail.... That was coming no matter what, and in my book you just passed up some good opportunities...lol -
Yes, sex is definitely good for your health. I wrote tons of articles about it at DatCurious.com, some examples would be www.datcurious.com/2007/09/keep-doctor-away-have-orgasm-day.html and www.datcurious.com/2007/09/sex-treats-hangovers-painful.html
For those who want to read about it

I have blogged on this subject. Relationships and sexuality are key subjects in my personal blog.
Sex and health come together
"The latest trend in the healthcare industry is to aggressively promote the benefits of preventive medicine. Yearly exams, running on the treadmill and eating your vegetables are all excellent ideas, but one of the most beneficial parts of a smart preventive program is to have sex – and plenty of it. ...
Orgasms were the centerpiece of one of the most credible sex-related studies ever done, correlating overall health with sexual frequency. The study, published in the British Medical Journal, tracked the mortality of about 1,000 middle-aged men over the course of a decade. It found that men who reported the highest frequency of orgasm enjoyed a death rate half that of those who didn’t."

I have two sites dedicated to this very subject. One site focuses on relationships and the importance of intimacy expanding to all aspects of the relationship, not just the bedroom. The second site is dedicated to helping people understand thier sensual and sexual side of who they are as people and the importance of having a healthy sex life. i just published a piece the other day on the health benefits of sex.
I also did some research on how to help men become multi-orgasmic.

If you don't use it if you are a guy you are likely to get prostrate cancer. Everyone needs to make sure their plumbing is working.

So that is why my ass seems to increase exponentially with the number of sexless days?
I also found out something more about lack of sex and ED....

I've been doing a lot of extensive reading on this topic
Apperantly sex between a hetrosexual couple is not only sacred
but the white milky substance that travels up the spine protects the couple from Archons.
(demon races) who seek to take over and control the body.
Lots of ancient text from India, Gnostics and more say that the milky white fluid that travels up the spine to be the Kundalini energy, the Sophia, the serpent of wisdom, that spirals in a DNA sequence centered deep within the earth's core.
It certainly seems to have lots to do with the conciousness, DNA, life and lifespan of the human race. -
When a woman orgasms she increases chi, when a man ejaculates inside a woman he looses chi (and she gains his). So - better for a woman's health I say. Chi, is my thing (man).

Being an anarchist I believe sex to be a communal thing, that's why I'll do it with anyone. Sometimes I will sleep with up to 23 and a half people in one night, it just depends who is still in the bar at closing time.

OK, hands down, that's the best answer yet!
My answer? Sure sex makes good health, unless your wife finds out you're cheating on her. ;-)

Actually there was a study that showed that men who have sex at least 200 times a year, or more, will live 6 to 8 years longer.
So, yes, it's quite healthy.
Edit: I said "have sex at least 200 times", but I think, more accurately, the study said 200 orgasms or more a year.-
Dang it! I have to go back to the original statement that I made...

Yes. From cradle to grave humans are sexual creatures. Sex and health go together. In fact, orgasms were the centerpiece of one of the most credible sex-related studies ever done, correlating overall health with sexual frequency. The study, published in the British Medical Journal, tracked the mortality of about 1,000 middle-aged men over the course of a decade. It found that men who reported the highest frequency of orgasm enjoyed a death rate half that of those who didn’t. www.mmdnewswire.com/helth-nd-sex-come-toger-2159.html
