Is shouting can help you to find more friends here in the Blogosphere?

Need to know if shouting would really help you to find more friends here in the virtual world? Because every-time I shout for discussions I do no have a concrete broad friends on my list and that will surely enjoyed my three months old blog.. How sad I am! I'm rushing to have you as One.

    IMO shouting (bulk depositing PMs in shoutboxes) is a very bad approach to use at BC. Most of us consider it to be akin to spamming. IMO the best approach to making friends is to use the Search utility, locate related blogs, visit them, leave meaningful comments, and form relationships with other members. www.blogcatalog.com/search

    There are other ways BC differs from the other social networks and they can be found in the sticky post at the head of the forum titled Read Before Posting.
