Is the Wibiya Bar add funcionality or more of a nuisance?

Is the Wibiya Bar add functionality or more of a nuisance?

I had it and noticed it would slow up my load time even though it adds great features.

Visitor wise, It pops up that notification window on first visit, which I don't know if that has a good impression or a bad impression.

Thoughts?

    I liked the toolbar. Everybody will like it, I think. I want to know how many days does it take for this toolbar to activate? It has already been one week or more since I signed up for it.
